Photo editing for my portfolio

I need a image editor that can edit 30 photos i have for my portfolio.


The requirements are:

To edit around 24 photos

1. Make the photo looks natural looking but aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
2. Create hair like stokes to extend my hair to make my face more feminine.
3. Create hair like strokes to feminised my forehead. Need to hide the hairline.
4. My eyes are not even so it just needs a little twick.
5. Enhance the make up by not making it to photoshopped. Just make it pop and alive.
6. Lessen the photo quality to look matte and skin more tan and not glossy and shiney.
7. Make my face smaller and proportion.

Lastly

All photos needs to look the same and consistent

I got few samples for pattern
