Photo editing for 8 Wordpress website images

I need 8 photos edited.

Each of the 8 photos shows a silver medal and text stating "silver medal 2017".....But now, I want the to use the same photos, but edit them so the medals are all changed to Gold, and text changed to "winner 2019".

I have a substitute medal image that can be used, or... maybe its easier to just change the colour of the sliver medal to gold with photoshop.

I also ask that you download originals from the Wordpress website and upload after editing, back into the website.
