Photo editing and sketches of house exterior makeover

Our town house needs a external remake. We need help by professional to photoshop new paint color of facade, window framing, water drainage pipes and door entrance. Please see attached photos with ideas. Suggest we collaborate with 1-2 online meetings to make 1-2 visual designs from original photo which will be provided upon agreement..
facade paint color switch from current one to green as sample photos. Add a decoration frame in other color to house corners and just below the roof tiles.
window framing and water drain pipes to change color to dark as in picture sample.
main door to color black. please state if you can provide service to redesign main entrance in a sketch or similar as an extra service. Photos as sampled. change door design , remake entrance frame to stone material, replace window frame above door with new design. add a small roof and base platform in front of door. suggest up/down lightning features to facade and above entrance door. Add the number "5" somewhere to mark the street number.
