Photo editing and manipulation

I need an image edited/amended.

Please see the picture of the food cart attached.

At the top of the cart where you can see the cups full of sweetcorn I need it changed to the name of the company is written in big writing:

Mr Frankfurter

At the bottom where there is a big picture, I need the picture changed to a picture showing a grilled German Sausage ie:

The picture will need to be brightened up etc and improved. If you can place the cart in a busy public area that would be even better. How much would it cost?

The price I have given when posting is just a place holder. Please advise what price you can do it for and exactly what you will do. Examples of previous work would be helpful.
