Photo document manipulation

I have a graph I’d like some cropping cut and paste done while maintaining image quality. I think it’s a fairly simple job please let me know what is and isn’t possible. Here is what I would like done. I would like the statistics manipulated. The red to the green and area in green replaced. Once it has been shifted over the final 3 months wont have any statistics. Using the numbers circled in YELLOW can you continue the trend so it’s sitting at those numbers so the numbers and the line graph match.

Once completed I have one image the same but it’s at a previous date. I need the same work done but only the RED area to the GREEN. Very simple once first image complete.

I think this is a fairly simple task. I have two more jobs the same as this but are even easier. This is the most technically challenging why I am posting this first. The next one I need is a bar graph and it’s the easiest ever. So I’ll post this job for £10 and I’ll pay £10 + £10 for next jobs which again are even easier.
