Perfectly Remove background from image of toy.

This job is for 120 images of the same object (toy) that is captured at different angles. Each image needs to have the background removed and changed to all white, and the cut out toy needs to be filled in black. no image blur. the output needs to be .tif with lzw compression. pretty simple but time is the ruling factor. each job is 8 hours at 18.75 an hr.
