Need someone good with photoshop/graphics! Simple easy job! pay immediately!

My girlfriends little sweet niece has birthday on the 18th, I would like to give her something sweet. I have a picture of her and her brother, I need someone to crop her out, add a nice background and color correct the image. If possible remove some grain and re-size, adding details would be great as it will be printed out.

Note: Her brother has her arm around her, it needs to be cropped out. PM me and I will send picture for you to evaluate!

Having graphical knowledge I would do this myself, but being an engineering student time is of the essence.
