Hello!
I need a really simple giff made so I can post it to my Instagram account. It is a stationary image/photo and I need one element photoshopped on to the image and then made to move (swing from side to side!). If this is something you can do today - please let me know! I may have other work on an ongoing basis if this works!
It's a picture of the Queen and I need a handbag photoshopped on to her arm and made to look like it's swinging from side to side!!
