Need 40 photo's of our products retouched, looking for real not a fake/flat look

We are looking for a retoucher to help us improve some of our new product pictures and hopefully build a longer term relationship for ongoing work. In this case they will mostly be photographic softboxes, we want to improve the look of them by reducing creases, shadows and indiscrepencies on the outside and inside of the softbox but not enough to make the softbox look flat or unrealistic, in some photo's the work needed may be very subtle or possibly not warranted if you don't think the photo requires any attention but most of the photo's defintiely need some degree of retouching. I have attached 3 pictures showing one of the softboxes. I would really like to stress we just want the photo's improved but with a sense of realism, we don't want the fabric of the softboxes to appear completely flat, shadow free and fake, we still want realism and something close to the originals.
