Need 2 Images professionally edited/retouched

Hello there, I've got 2 images that I need to go on a site that I'm working on; I need both of them edited.

The first image is a profile photo of a person set against a bad background; I need the background removed and the person edited out and put against a new background of a solid wall or some kind of solid texture. That will be the toughest, as it needs to be perfect and look amazing. It also needs to be touched up a bit to make it look more professional.

The second photo is much easier; no background editing needs to be done, just retouching of the person in the photo.
