Make some changes on photo

I have attached 2 photos, i would like to cut out 1 person from the first photo, the guy in the light blue checked shirt should be cut out and the guy in the pink shirt in the second photo should be added in his place. I would like to keep the guy in the dark blue shirt and the background, i would just like to ask if his eyes can be a little opened, as long as this looks real and not fake. Thanks
