Using AI AND art skills I need someone to edit this image and change some of the content.
You will need art skills and use AI for the harder parts.
The image is photo-realistic and needs to remain that way.
The train needs to be changed and other element needs to be added in.
So this is AI and art skills. AI will do some of the work but this also needs digital art skills.

Are you aware that this image is from a computer game?
Changing the train will not protect you if the owners of the game see your work.
If it was me, I would ask someone to use this as reference.
I could make a similar image in 3d in a day. But I wanted to warn you of the legal ramifications of this, and people have been sued for using AI on copyrighted material.
