Magazine cover image editing

Refine an image for magazine cover use. The photo depicts a woman standing in front of a patterened internal office wall and would benefit from careful post-production work. Currently, a soft focus reduces clarity and prevents crisp rendering. The balancing of light across the subject and background also requires revision to optimise visual impact. Sharpening, clarity and contrast adjustments needed. The magazine logo along with wording (white in colour) will be placed down the left side of the image - top to bottom - so this will need to stand out from the background too.
