Lots and Lots of Airbnb Property Photos

Hi! I have a number of airbnb studios in London and I need, what they call in England, a "cheap and cheerful" solution for editing photos that I take in raw with my dslr camera. I don't need the edits to be absolutely perfect. I just want them done by someone talented, who can do a nice job and improve them. Because I have a number of photos. So please give me a good deal as to what you will charge per photo? What I am saying is, imagine you spend 10 minutes with the image to make it quite a lot better and quite nice, even if not yet perfect.
