Looking for responsive talented graphics professional

Hi there - I am looking for an individual person (not a company) who can help me to build some nice graphics for one of my websites and some other channels. Nothing too difficult. This is a sample project to see how we get on. I guess it would consist of around 6 -8 images maybe with some variation in aspect ratios and size.
You must have proficiency and experience with Adobe suite of tools especially Illustrator and some proven experience with After Effects would be very useful for other projects. We also require expertise in packaging design and large format designs for print. So you will need to understand the requirements of professional printers. In short we need a responsive and creative graphics all-rounder pro to work alongside our senior graphics designer! English language is also desirable - especially to understand nuance.
Please note that we are definitely not looking for any AI generated images though of course we don't have a problem with you using AI as an editing tool etc. Our work always has to stand apart from the ordinary and have a human touch!
If it works well with us then it would lead to plenty of ongoing work.
I have usually worked with the same tight knit team of professionals over many years.
