Looking for high-end fashion photo retoucher

We are looking for professional high end photo retoucher for about 10 to 15 female pop artist editorial PR images. These are going to be published in print and online as part of her single release campaign.

We are an independent label and are looking for a retoucher who can quote the right price for us. Please send your quote and recent work available online.
