Looking for help with photo editing (ongoing basis)

We're looking for help with some simple editing images of our luggage. Please see examples attached. This mainly involves changing the colour of the piping or the lining, adding logos to tags etc. The total workload would involve around 4-6 hours per month (on an ongoing basis), and we would need the artwork to be completed within the same day of receiving the brief as our clients expect quick turnaround.
