Looking for a long term youtube editor

I've got a Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-GLzN-vadvGWTrmgyImjSQ) with a little over 100 subscribers. I try to make 1-2 videos per week about a wide range of topics covering credit cards , finance and travel.
I also work full time and I'm finding it increasingly difficult to make the time to film + edit consistently alongside the job.
Im looking for someone to help with the editing side of thins. I can supply the 4k video files + audio via something like WeTransfer and I need a hand with editing them into the final product. Perferably with Final Cut Pro as thats what I have been using for the last couple of months , which means I will be able to make final changes to the project before exporting , but I can also work with Premier Pro.
