Looking for a long term editor for retouching wedding photos

I'm a weeding photographer based in France.
I'm looking for a long term editor for retouching my wedding photos (350-450 per projects). I am good at editing with Lightroom but since I have a tons of work. I looking for someone to help me with the editing part.
Could you please specify in your response how long it will take you to deliver the photos and in which city you are based ?

P.S:
1. I have some presets I use and adapt on my photos. So you won't go from scratch.
2. I provide an access to my Google drive folder so that you can export the RAW footage and import your retouched photos
