Looking for a graphic designer

I'm looking for a graphic designer who can take my designs / images and convert them into neon psychedelics designs for t-shirts, some of the images I would like to stay the same but in psychedelic style. some of the images I would like to combine. I would like to also see what the artist can come up with as far as different colors for the images if the first project goes well there is possibility for more projects in the future.
