Lighten, colour balance & improve around 600 golf course images

We are a publishing company based in the UK looking for a digital photo editor for an upcoming golf brochure. The client has requested that the images they provide to us be lightened where necessary, colour balanced and just improved generally for print. In the first instance we would like a quote for processing 600 images, there may actually be more. Also a description of how the ideal candidate would achieve the desired results. I have attached a couple of sample photo's and a previously printed pdf to give the ideal candidate an idea of what they would be working with. In terms of availability, the deadline for the brochure is Saturday, November 30 so the candidate must be available during November
