Jewelry design created from a picture

I have a Bracelet picture which is white gold and diamond i would like to create 3 different versions of the same design

1) Yellow gold bracelet with Diamonds
2) Yellow gold bracelet with Red Ruby
3) White Gold bracelet with Red Ruby

a sample picture of yellow gold bracelet is given but that does not have any stones in it

1) only creating pictures for view
2) a design file either in autocad or Photoshop file for more clear viewing
