Images need to be manipulated

I have images of a set of towels. I need these images to be manipulated to show a different towel bale set.

If you look at the picture attached it shows 2 x big towels at the bottom, 4 x medium towels and 4 x small towels.

I need this to show 1 x big towel at the bottom, 4 x medium towels, 5 x small towels.

Also i need this towel to be on a white background, I have 10 images which need doing.

I need one image done in 24hrs and the rest to be completed in 36 hrs from now.
