Image Resizing in photoshop

I need someone to resize 150 images in Photoshop to specific dimensions.
I have 30 folders with 5 photos in each - 4 of the photos are to be 1 size and the remaining one is a larger size.
The images are to be resized to fit exact dimensions so ideally they should be placed on a given canvas size and then scaled to fit best.

I estimate it should be a quick enough job to complete for someone competent in Photoshop and I need it turned around asap - ideally in the next few hours.
