Image resize and cropped

Hi

I have around 250-300 images that need the following;
1.images to be cropped so maximum amount of product showing (obviously with a small white border ) around image
2.where the background is dirty this to be made white (unless this impacts on the white product not being visible)
any blemishes on the image being removed
3.not sure you have many product shots in high res so just processing for web will be appropriate (based on minimum 800 x 800 square aspect ratio)
4.all images need to be clearly and consistently labelled with the product description to facilitate adding to site
where you have the same image but for multiple items - then the image once cleaned and sized should be labelled according to the product item
5.key for the whole process is consistency - so that the images on the site look they are from the same style
