Image editing for profile photo

Hello, can you help?

I've had a headshot taken this week for our website/LinkedIn.

The issue is that I like some aspects of this photo and some aspects of another photo, so am looking for someone that can:

1. Expand the picture to allow more of me to be shown
2. Combine it with the other photo.
3. Change the jumper I'm wearing
4. Take off some blemishes on the face.

The background is green leaves, so it's a bit trickier than a false blank background. I do want to keep the background so that it looks as natural as possible.

I would also like someone who is willing to work in real-time together on screenshare in order to achieve this - to save the back and forth sending of pictures.

I need someone who is very good and has an example of similar work.

I will also have other photos that need amending.

You can be based anywhere, but you must have a good command of English and be very competent with photo editing.
