Image Cutout - Quick Turnaround

I've a quick turnaround job for a Photoshop / cut-outs whizz.

I need the attached high res colour image cutting out as shown in the lo-res scamp. The hair is the part of the job that is more difficult of course, but a quick. job for someone who is properly versed in complex cutouts in Photoshop.

Please don't bother if you're just going to feed it through some AI rubbish online. The job needs to be done properly.

Please provide a costing, and lead times with your responses please.

I quite often need cutouts, and think there could scope for more coming your way so long as the price is right. It would help my work flow no end.
