Cut out image from background, place new image on white background and supply PSD files with the layers.
No retouching required at all. Just cut out.
Object that need cut out and details:
4 x Rectangular floor tiles. Which is an easy geometric shape and straight forward.
And 1 x side table which will involve more detail than the tiles, combination of geometric and some curve detail.
