I require a designer ..

* I am looking for an experienced Designer*

The ideal candidate should be able to assist me with the following;
1) Convert files, e.g: converting a png, pdf or low resolution file to a high resolution .ai vector file.
2) Editing images & pictures, e.g: making a very simple colour change, such as changing the colour of the grass on an image from green to blue & or changing the background colour of an image from black to white, or pink to red etc.
3) You will need to know how to amend email links. on an email signature, e.g: by clicking on a instagram link that will then take you to my preferred instagram page.

*PLEASE NOTE* If you do not have experience with all of the above, please do not submit a proposal..

I am looking for a developer i can work with longterm, not only on this project.
