I need to enhance my two photos for a work ID!

Hi, I have three photos that are NOT the best quality, but I'd like to try and make them look their best. Photo-retouching is just fine with me. What I need is an all black back-background, because that is what is required of our photos at work. I also don't want to look super pale like I look in the photos, but also not too tan.

I will trust your instincts when it comes to retouching, thank you.

P.S it's okay to make my nose look a little thinner when I smile and thin my face a little bit as well.
