I need photoshop and retoush for the photos of my fashion e-shop(~100photos/month)

i make the photoshooting of the clothing that i sell through my e-shop once per 2week .Total photos are about 100 per month (50photos within the first 2 weeks and another 50 in the rest 2 weeks ) .I need someone to make photoshop for these photos.
More specifically i want a white background to the photo , and retouching where it is needed .Fixing colour quality and face of the models .pls see the sample . this is the photo i shoot and it needs "fixing" .
