I need my image improving and making high resolution

I have a basic image that needs manipulating:

I’d like it to look as if it has been hand painted (please see the example image attached, the image with the flower)


The image needs to be converted to a high resolution image;

The edges need smoothing;

The text needs to remain black, whilst the rest of the image outline is made grey (like the example provided, the image with the flower)

Perhaps introduce some colour to the background (like example picture) which we will discuss.

Make the text just slightly more bold - but do not change the font.
