I need a video created from still shots and short videos

I run a wedding disco business and have plenty of still photos and short video clips which I'd like if possible to be edited into a short (around 30 second) video. Deliverables will be a silent version of the video, and if possible a second copy with non-copyrighted music.

Edit: Apologies for the long wait while choosing a freelancer - the project has slightly changed and I'm now waiting for written clearance from a music publisher to use a specific track as the background to the video (so the image transitions can fit the music) - this could take another week or so to get cleared. The video length has also been changed from 30 seconds to 50 seconds. Hopefully this won't cost more as it's still under a minute, but I invite you all to revise your proposals if you feel the need to make changes. My budget hasn't changed for this, and any proposal over £100 will be declined. Thank you.
