I need a redesign and photoshop of this image

I have updated the proposal to better explain what I need done, also I forgot to say what text I want on the photo.

1. The picture currently has a PPI of 72 I need it to be a minimum of 300 PPI if not more.

2. Replace all of the text with the following in the closest possible font, size, color, and order as the original:
Mr.Vaughn
A truly great mentor is hard to find, difficult to part with and impossible to replace.
