I need a professional and serious photo retoucher to remove background from pictures

We need a professional, reliable and cheap photo-retoucher professional that will have, after a trial period, a long term relationship with our company for clean up clients pictures to post on Amazon and other channels.
We search someone to offer us a bulk price (for example a certain price x picture from 1-50 pictures, a cheaper one from 50-100 and so on.
We had some bad experiences so we require somebody that can :
1- keep their word for delivery the job
2- do a professional clean job
3- return the pictures when done in 3-5 days max
