I need a picture photoshoped

I would like the attached photo edited so that I am the only one in the photo. You can crop the photo down so that only MY right shoulder is showing but I need the girls arm completely gone out of the picture and my shirt, my pants and the red backdrop have to match perfectly. So, I really don't need my right arm in the photo, as that would be a lot of work. If you can easily do it (put my right arm in the photo), that would be a bonus. So, I will be the only person in the photo, crop the other three out. And then get her arm, her drink etc out of my pic.
