    Hi, just to confirm in relation to the above questions, is the instant delivery via Photographers as part of their service to you or is this something you have in place with tried and tested software methods, and the photographers are just handling the lighting/photographing side of things? I'd imagine there's several ways to go about this and with a whole host of compatibility logistics that would need to be discussed in the first instance.. from guys with wifi enabled cameras and manually doing it to tethering to laptops with a software in place to handle it all?

    Hi Ryan, I'm wondering about the logistics of this. How do your visitors receive their images? I have carried out a wide range of photo projects and know from experience that some procedures need to be put in place for this to run smoothly. Perhaps this is something you have done many times before in which case I'd be delighted to bid if you could let me know your process. On the other hand, if this is the first time you've done something like this I will be able to help you put some processes in place.

    We have offered similar (digital caricatures) in the past and emailed the image instantly. That's the preferred option.

    Hi are you looking to provide a full edit and digital delivery service on site or just have someone take the photo at the show to deliver afterwards?

    Hi Ryan,

    How busy does the event get? The problem with instant delivery is that it takes 1 person to operate cameras, then another to receive the image to a computer, edit and email (which can take time). I cannot envisage this as a 1 person job, please confirm I can arrange an assistant? We will of course need internet access on site too.
