I Need a Photo Edited :)

Hey guys, I'm Mitch.

I have a photo that I like - apart from the fact that I don't look very attractive in it! I was hoping to get it edited to make it a more flattering shot of me; I essentially want to look as attractive as possible without 1) looking like the photo has been edited, and 2) not looking like myself!
Beyond this general request, I will make a few specific points about particulars I would like removed/edited once I hire you.
