I need a couple of photos edited for my website

Hi,
I am making my website/online portfolio and need a couple of photos edited- I'm a wedding dress maker and took the pictures myself. Please send me a quote and turnaround to make the following edits:

Picture 1:
-Remove the white pipework and plug sockets etc on the walls, restoring the brickwork in their place
-Fill in the missing skirting on the lower right hand side of the subject
-Part of the floor on the right hand side of the dress is a different wood/colour- please copy the other floorboards
-I'd like to get rid of the portfolio on the left of the subject and make that portion of wall look like the rest

Picture 2:
-Open the subject's eyes
-Remove the white pipework in the background
-Make the floorboards look the same(remove the pale colour boards and replace with the brown ones)

Please send me examples of similar work you've done, and/or links to your portfolio. I've got other pictures that need editing and am looking for someone I can hopefully work with on an ongoing basis. Professionals only need apply.
