I need 40 images of shoes removed from their background keeping their original shadow

I have 40 raw images (CR2s) of shoes taken against off - white backgrounds. They need to be put onto transparent backgrounds keeping the detail in the shoes and with their existing shadows. They also need to all be correctly cropped and inserted into the middle of the cropped space (to a box shape 1000px x 1000px)

I have created one myself below (attached) but added fake shadows because I didn't know how to keep the existing shadow.
