I need 3 documents to be edited

I need 3 documents to be edited, two of them is only the date and 4 more words while the third is again dates but also change the colour pattern. I am not an expert but I believe it is an easy project, one freelancer took no more than 10 minutes to change the whole outlook of the third document. You can see in the pics attached the word/dates I need to change while for the third one it will be words together with the colour pattern
