I am trying to get a cover image for my facebook page

I have 2 images and a logo I would like to be merged together but softly, no almost like one is cut out over the other then the logo added and some writing on top.

Phone Number and web address. I need this to fit well on my Facebook page.

We are a cleaning and home help company so I want the image to tell people without words what we do. I do have a 3rd image I could use showing a carer with an older person. if we use this it would be in addition
