Holiday photo

I have a family holiday photo we took yesterday and want to add a person to it that was sick and could not be part of the photo. I do have a photo from last year that you can take image from. Also need the visible clothing of the older phot to be replaced with what the family is wearing in this years photo. End
result is that the person should

First photo is the new one; 2nd photo is last year. Need to place grey hair lady in the back middle of the of 2nd photo into the first and make her visible clothing red to match-maybe place her next to
the person with glasses in the back -to his left and a little lower in
height like last years picture
