High quality photo retouching (portraits and fashion)

I’m a photographer starting out and I am looking for an affordable but high quality long term photo retoucher for ad hoc projects ranging from 2-10 images at a time. Do you have a website with before and after shots? I am based in london so would like to send photos and receive them back next day when i wake up. What is your rate per image or do you just work by the hour?
