Headshot editing

I am applying for a creative job at short notice, and don't have time to get an updated headshot. I have a selfie that might work, if someone can edit it, please?

I need to have a shirt photoshopped over the top of this beach dress, please. Not too corporate, but still covering skin! Something blue to pick up the glasses colour could work, or another colour that tones in. A pattern could work, but nothing too overwhelming as my colouring is pale.

I need this done asap please.
