Full Time Headshot Photographer - Looking for a retoucher

Im a full time headshot photographer seeing 12 actors most weeks... I need someone to help keep up with the retouching and also take the quality of the work i provide up a notch,

you can see my work at www.mugphotography.co.uk , not looking for beauty retouch, just blemish, tidy hair, sometimes skin smooth and dodge and burn...

I would be aiming for someone to achieve 4 regular retouches an hour, as this is the rate I work at... and would like to set up a streamilned system so that when I receive orders they can effortlessly be shared back and forth maybe by dropbox or similar....

I would be able to supply a few images for example retouches for anyone interested...
