Enhance Photograph

I need someone to enhance the attached photograph (Top View Trimmed) so that it can be used on the first page of a website as shown on the second attachment.

The background from the original image needs to be removed, the clarity of the image needs to be increased so that it is sharp including the words on the packaging, the colour also needs enhancing.

End result needs to be in png.
