Editing of 200 Photos

Hi,

I have 200 portraits that need to be edited as follows:

Change the background to a solid colour (#EBE9F1) which is a different colour to the current
Remove stray hair
Remove spots and blemishes on some of them
Reduce skin shine on some of them
Subtle skin smooth
Crop to just below the waist with some space above head
Expand background and make the final image square

I have attached 2 of the actual current images and one that shows the final images
