Edit pictures in Photoshop

My name is María. I'd like to know if you can do the following and for how much:

I need to do the following:

- For these 2 images (Sending you screenshots, I'll send you the real ones by Google Photos), you can see the hair of the girl is wavy and then straight - make it all wavy without adding volume by cloning the wavy part, so you can't notice she's wearing extensions.

- In the second image the arm doesn't look completely straight, correct it without changing th width of it

- Also, the first image, the diamond piercing is not appreciating cause it is too far, add it again, very small and clean a little bit the area between the nose and the lip from dark spots

PLEASE DON'T CHANGE OR CORRECT ANYTHING ELSE AND KEEP THE IMAGES QUALITY
