Edit Logo into picture realistically

I have a group picture and I need someone to do an edit where they can replace a TV screen in the background with the company logo, so it looks like they were all standing with the logo behind them.

I would like it to look seamless and ideally, I would like the reflection from the TV still to be left to sell the realisim when the logo replaces the image.

I need it done asap.
